Full Disclaimer

NowClean agrees to return to the property without extra charge for any item from the scope of works that the real estate deems to be unsuitably cleaned — with the exception of items where further cleaning would damage the surface, or where an item is already classified as 'damaged'.

Example: If silicone contains mould and after treating with the relevant products and agitating the surface the mould still remains, this silicone would be deemed 'uncleanable' — and NowClean would not be liable to return to address it.

All other reasonable requests to return to the property to attend to an item from the scope of works will be met without extra charge.

NowClean cannot take any responsibility for your bond being held due to items that fall outside of the scope of cleaning.

Example: We cannot guarantee your bond will be returned to you if you are behind on your rent or have damaged the property.

Our bond-back guarantee refers only to our ability to meet the reasonable expectations of a vacate clean as outlined in our quoted scope of works.
